Your access to and use of the website Barquer Training & Consultancy Limited  (“the Website”) is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.

2  Credit card details

Barquer Training & Consultancy  Limited will never ask for credit card details and request that you do not enter it on any of the forms on Barquer Training & Consultancy Limited

The contents of the Website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision.

4  Change of Use

Barquer Training & Consultancy Limited reserves the right to:

You agree to indemnify and hold Barquer Training & Consultancy Limited and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Barquer Training & Consultancy  Limited arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website.

9  Severance

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

10  Governing Law

Terms and Conditions for Clients

Fees: Fees quoted cover consultancy and training costs and exclude accommodation and travel costs. Fees are subject to VAT where applicable, which applies to all delegates attending UK courses. Course fees must be paid in full prior to delegate attendance. Invoices relating to in-house training are payable within 7 days of issue of invoice.

Training Course Cancellations/Rescheduling

Requests to cancel or reschedule training must be made in writing (by e-mail), followed by a telephone call. Cancellation fees are as follows:-

On-line / In-House Training/Consultancy

Less than 5 working days                         100% of course fee is payable
5 – 9 working days                                     50% of course fee is payable
More than 10 working days notice                      no fees are payable

The customer will be liable for any travel or accommodation expenses which have been incurred even if the course is cancelled with more than 4 weeks notice.

Changes to Services  Barquer Training & Consultancy Limited retains the right to make any changes or cancellations to any part of its advertised services .Also, the price, date and location may change from that advertised. These changes will not affect your statutory rights. Barquer Training & Consultancy  Limited will not be responsible for any consequential loss of expense incurred by the candidates.

Refunds Normally these are made by the same method used for payment or as may be agreed. The decision as to which course of action will be taken will be agreed between Barquer Training & Consultancy  Limited and the client to mutual satisfaction.

Insurance Barquer Training & Consultancy Limited are covered  for Public indemnity and Public Liability 

Force Majeure We are not liable for any delay of failure to fulfil any order due to events beyond our control.

Data Protection: Barquer Training & Consultancy are registered  with the Information Commissioner’s Office, (Reference Number ZA 815531)

Bulk email Policy We respect our customers’ right to privacy and therefore we do not solicit business by any methods involving Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) also known as spamming.

Applicable Law / Courts of Jurisdiction England

Retention of Title Intellectual property remains the property of Barquer Training & Consultancy  Limited.

Liability All information, products and services provided on this Web site are provided in good faith and are warranted as accurate as far as is possible. We do not accept liability for the buyer’s actions or decisions based on the information, products or services provided. Liability, however arising, is limited to the replacement of goods supplied and paid for.

Barquer Training & Consultancy Limited shall not be liable for failure to perform its duties due to illness, death, accident and third party default or for any other reason outside of Barquer Training & Consultancy Limited’s reasonable control.
